Refund Policy

At Bark & Blossom, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade soap. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Please send your request to barknblossom.co@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders that have been opened or used

  • Customer dislike of scent, texture, or appearance (subjective reasons)

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

We appreciate your understanding and support of small-batch, handcrafted products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
